Artificial Grass Warranty Terms and Conditions

b. It applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

2. What’s Not Covered:

a. We do not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, neglect, misuse, vandalism, or natural events like floods or storms.

b. Regular ageing, such as fading or flattening due to exposure to sunlight or heavy use, is not covered.

c. Workmanship, including the installation process, is not covered under this warranty.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim:

a. If you experience an issue, please provide proof of purchase and notify Saygrass within 30 days of discovering the defect.

b. Saygrass may inspect the artificial grass to confirm if the defect is covered under the warranty.

c. If covered, we will either repair or replace the affected product at our discretion.

4. Yearly Maintenance Recommendation (Optional):

a. While not required, we recommend performing yearly maintenance such as brushing, cleaning, and infill replenishment to help maintain the look and longevity of the grass.

b. Choosing not to follow this recommendation will not void your warranty.

5. Our Liability Limits:

a. Saygrass’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product.

b. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including the inability to use the product.

6. Proper Care and Maintenance:

a. We encourage you to follow the care instructions provided to keep your artificial grass looking great, though it’s not required for the warranty to remain valid.

7. Changes to the Warranty:

a. Saygrass reserves the right to modify or end this warranty at any time. Any changes will only apply to future purchases.

8. Legal Framework:

a. This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

b. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration by the Arbitration Act 1996.

9. Full Agreement:

This warranty represents the complete agreement between the purchaser and Saygrass, replacing any previous verbal or written agreements.
