A system designed for the sport
Sports surfaces are specified around the sport, users and intended level of use. The grass, base, shockpad, infill and line markings work together as a system. A garden grass product is not a substitute for a specified sports surface.
Tell us the dimensions, intended sport, performance requirements and whether an existing design or consultant specification is available. We can discuss the installation scope from that information.
When another contractor supplies the base
Responsibility for the base must be explicit. Required tolerances, drainage, access and the process for checking and accepting the prepared surface should be agreed before fitting begins.
Our quotation states the work we are undertaking. Any client-provided base, exclusions and remedial work need to be addressed in writing rather than assumed to be part of fitting the grass.
Performance and documentation
Compliance with a particular sporting standard requires the correct design, products, installation and evidence for that project. We do not imply that every grass installation carries a sport-specific approval.
Email the specification, site information and proposed dates to start a discussion.
