Our artificial grass maintenance includes jet washing, power brushing and pet-safe shampoo. The reward is an artificial grass cleaning and maintenance visit at your home.
It is a maintenance reward, rather than grass repairs, replacement or base reconstruction. Cleaning cannot restore melted fibres, repair a failed base or guarantee removal of odour from an old contaminated base.

How many people can I refer?
There is no referral limit. You earn one free artificial grass maintenance visit worth £216 including VAT for each new customer you refer who completes an artificial grass installation with Saygrass.
Who can earn the maintenance reward?
Customers who have had their home’s artificial grass installed by Saygrass. The earned maintenance visit is for their own home artificial lawn.
When do I earn the free visit?
When a new customer referred by you completes an artificial grass installation with Saygrass. A survey, enquiry or quotation on its own does not earn the reward.
How does Saygrass know who referred the new customer?
The new customer can give your name when they contact us. When you claim, we check the referral against the completed installation and your customer record. Contact us if you need help matching an existing referral.
Do I claim through another company?
No. Claim directly with Saygrass by phone or email. We confirm the earned visit and arrange the maintenance date with you.
Can I earn more than one maintenance visit?
Yes. One successful referred customer earns one visit; three successful referred customers earn three visits. There is no limit on successful referrals. Contact us to arrange the visits you have earned.
