Many enquiries start with a garden that no longer works for its everyday use. At the survey, show us the access route, where materials can be handled and the boundaries you want to retain. Existing paths, planting and doors all affect the layout.
For homes in Houghton Regis, Dunstable or Luton, as elsewhere in Bedfordshire, tell us about narrow side passages, shared access and parking arrangements. We confirm the practical work for your address; being listed as a service area does not reserve an installation date.
New installations use grass supplied by Saygrass. A typical quoted garden construction uses a non-woven membrane, MOT Type 1 and grano dust, with the edge and joint details agreed for the site. We do not use sharp sand as the base finish in that construction or sand infill in our normal residential installations. Your written quotation confirms the actual scope.
Installation, cleaning or a replacement?
For a new artificial lawn, book a free site survey. We assess the space, access and preparation, discuss samples and provide a written quotation. Start with our installation cost calculator if you want an indicative cost before the visit.
For cleaning and maintenance, email photographs, approximate lawn area and the address. An installation survey is not required for a cleaning enquiry. Jet washing, power brushing and pet-safe shampoo are part of our maintenance service; repairs or base reconstruction are separate.
Loose seams, lifted edges, burns or an uneven lawn need assessment. Our repairs and replacement service uses our own supplied grass for grass repairs and new installations. A patch may remain visible on an aged lawn. Cleaning does not restore melted or permanently crushed fibres.
