Our grass has a 10-year UV warranty. This is product cover for the stated UV performance under its applicable terms; it is not a promise that every kind of damage or wear is covered for ten years.

24-month workmanship warranty
Our installation workmanship is covered for 24 months under the stated terms. The scope and any exclusions should be clear when you accept the quotation.
Normal maintenance, accidental damage, burns, inappropriate use and problems with an excluded or client-provided base should not be assumed to be covered. The actual terms for your job determine what applies.
If you notice an issue
Contact us with the job details, photographs and a description of the problem. Tell us when it appeared and whether anything has changed around the lawn.
We assess the cause before recommending a remedy. A maintenance visit is not a guarantee that permanent fibre damage, an old contaminated base or a structural installation problem can be corrected by cleaning.
