Deep cleaning and power brushing: what are you booking?
Our artificial grass cleaning service includes jet washing, power brushing and pet-safe shampoo, with the work agreed for the lawn’s condition. Deep cleaning describes a more thorough surface clean; it does not mean lifting the lawn or rebuilding the layers underneath. Optional deodorising and any repair work should be discussed before booking.
Power brushing may lift flattened pile and help remove debris. It cannot restore melted fibres or guarantee that heavily worn grass looks new. Tell us about loose joins or edges before equipment is used. This is a professional service, not a power-brush hire or equipment sale.
A cleaning service near you, with the price explained
We accept maintenance enquiries across our listed service areas, including Bedfordshire and North and West London. Check your town or postcode area and use the enquiry box above. Maintenance coverage is different from our London-wide event-hire coverage.
The price bands above include VAT in the total column: under 100 m² is £216, 100–200 m² is £324 and over 200 m² needs a bespoke quotation. Send the approximate size, photographs and address so we can confirm the work. No installation site survey is needed. For care between visits, see how to clean artificial grass.
Refresh an existing artificial lawn
Leaves, dirt and pet use can leave artificial grass looking tired. Our maintenance service uses jet washing, power brushing and pet-safe shampoo. Optional deodorising can be discussed when we assess your lawn.
We start with its condition. If there are open joins, burns, loose edges or an uneven base, those may need separate work. Cleaning alone will not correct an installation defect.
Tell us about your lawn
For an artificial grass maintenance quotation, email photos, an approximate area and the site address. Include details of pets, odours, any damage and access to the garden. This helps us assess the work without arranging an installation survey.
We confirm what is included before booking. If the lawn needs repairs, we explain whether we can help and whether replacement is a better option. New grass installations and repairs use our own supplied grass.
Care between visits
Remove leaves and other organic debris regularly so they do not accumulate around the fibres and edges. Clear solid pet waste promptly and follow the aftercare guidance for your product.
A professional clean can improve appearance and hygiene, but results depend on the grass and what lies underneath. Old sand bases can retain contamination, and permanently crushed or melted fibres may not recover. Read our aftercare guide for more.
